  • I understand payment details (card/UPI/net banking) are processed via secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways and are not stored on The House Of Angadi servers. 


    Communication Preferences

  • I agree to receive transactional messages (order confirmation, shipping updates, OTPs) via SMS, email, and WhatsApp — mandatory for service delivery.
  • I opt in / opt out of promotional emails, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing about new collections, sales, and events (separately toggleable, revocable anytime via profile settings).


    Shipping, Payment & Returns Acknowledgment

  • I acknowledge shipping timelines, courier partners, COD availability, and applicable delivery charges as per the published Shipping Policy.
  • I acknowledge the Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy, including eligibility windows, condition requirements, and non-returnable categories (e.g., customized or sale items).
  • I understand pricing is inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout, with no hidden charges.

  • Data Usage : Order fulfilment, service improvement, fraud prevention, legal compliance 
  • Third-party sharing : Only with logistics, payment, and service partners bound by confidentiality
  • Data retention : Retained while account is active or as legally required
